This supportive community was started by me, Lisa Ludwig-Mackenzie. I am a Moment Mentor, End-of-Life Doula, Trauma Debriefer and Celebrant. More importantly I have experienced losses, transitions and challenges throughout my life.
I have created this community as a safe landing for anyone who is possibly navigating grief, supporting a loved one, planning ahead, or investing in your wellbeing, you will find practical resources, guidance and a community that understands and supports you.
