I don’t eat bread because I’m celiac. Most wraps break. I ❤️ sandwiches (the fillings 🤤 ) so I made it a mission to find good options. This is less about dieting and more about being able to have these as snacks not just meals without being heavy. I do have some breads I like I’ll share another day.
I’m 8 days sugar 🍭 free today. I ate the green one for lunch.
- egg life - high protein no carbs 💪 : very light I like it with tuna.
- Live Organic Veg Wrap (Green) 🥗 : it’s more like a bread veg fiber.
- Coconut wrap 🥥: very thin sweet and you can pack it tightly.
