Hi loves, So, how 'wet' are you? Might seem like a weird question, but do you know what your cervical mucus is telling you? Throughout your menstrual cycle, your body is constantly sending you signals. One of the most powerful 'biological markers' you have is your cervical mucus (that white fluid in your underwear). Based on its texture and consistency you can tell when you are in your fertile window & when you are not: - menstrual: hidden by your period - follicular: dry at first, then sticky or creamy (like lotion) - ovulatory: clear, slippery, and stretchy (raw egg whites) - luteal: becomes thick, cloudy, or dry again While cervical mucus is a key indicator of fertility, it’s just one part of the conversation. Your body uses several other biomarkers to tell its story such as basal body temperature (BBT) & cervical position.
