Hi, I recently started track and need to improve my slow start. I’ve struggled with low heel recovery for a while so I did some starts where the main focus was to keep my foot low. What else do I need to improve as a first step? (Couldn’t push so much because of the stands).

Anyway to fix my technique? First race I’m Lane 1 red and white vest with black pants, second race I’m lane 7 same attire, I’m 6’4 so I know I’m gonna be disadvantaged in a 60 compared to smaller sprinters but still wanna improve my overall technique, I’m still pretty new to the sport so I’m pretty raw when it comes to sprinting (might need to zoom in for second vid)

I’m in lane 8 in the green jersey. I just started track like a few months ago and my main issue is keeping my shoulders relaxed and my posture. Is there any way to fix this

Sprint technique
This is a pro softball athlete, super athletic. Started working on her sprint technique but I also feel like Im nitpicking too much as she gets frustrated sometimes. Any advice after watching this?

Resisted sprint starts
Hello, so I worked on what you told me: Here are the cues I gave myself per rep Rep 1: quicker turnover, shorter ground contact time, not reaching Rep2: fall a bit more during the start and be more loose overall Rep 3: keep falling. Watch out for arm angles and activate them more to influence the quick turnover. Does any of these rep seem better to you? Should I perhaps focus on a single cue per session, and if so, which one should it be ? Thanks, love from Paris ✌🏼
