The Sunday Setup! Don't Just Do It...BE It!
Brother, I trust your Sunday is or was good. I know there's a lot of football to be had if you are an NFL fan. But as the weekend comes to a close, it's time to get intentional with your goals and outcomes you want for the week ahead. It's the Sunday Setup, where you plan each day of the week, (including weekends) so that you hit the ground running tomorrow morning. However, this time I want you to create from a place of BEING the Remarkable Man you need to be to pull them off. When you are intentional about designing your life from a place that it is already done and you are already the 2.0 version of yourself, you'll set your goals higher and take more authentic action. So when you are ready... 1. Get out your journal, planner, or white board (not your computer). 2. Then sit dignified and "box breathe" for 5 minutes. 7 seconds inhale through your nose, 7 seconds hold, seven seconds exhail out your mouth, 7 seconds hold at the bottom, and loop through this increasing the time as you get use to it. The longer you can do each process the more oxygenated your blood and brain become and a greater sense of clarity and well being results. 3. Visualize yourself as the Remarkable Man that's been awakened within you. And feel every aspect of him. Put him in charge and see just what goals and tasks he'd come up with. 4. From that mindset, get intentional for the week with what you want, and then break it down to tasks and activities each day. 5. It's begins the moment your alarm goes off!
