I've always had trouble getting up in the morning. It's improved drastically over the years, but is still an issue. I hit snooze for hours even with my phone across the hall, and I'm generally too sleepy to show a lot of discipline in this regard.
This wouldn't be a big issue, but I am majorly busy and need to train myself to get up early so I can get done all the shit I've promised myself. Wonder if anyone else has had this issue, and what you suggest? Ideally, I want to be awake at 5am, but I just 'nope out' in the morning and go back to bed.
Also, I don't sleep well, so any tips there would be helpful too. Thanks!
