Hello sweet souls!! My name is Jaclyn from the land of San Diego! I am a yoga teacher, personal trainer, menstrual cycle & life coach based in Del Mar! I have the honor of being a mother to a soon-to-be teenager! UGH the cashier at Trader Joe's just asked if "my sister" would like some stickers last week and I am unwell 🫠 My current hobbies that I am sooo obsessed with are Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Swords! Let's just say I'm unlocking my combat codes and really getting into my Light Warrior era! I am here because Dr. Trish is THE BEST when it comes to all things healing and empowerment with the nervous system and embodiment. LOVE LOVE LOVE!! Thank you for reading my little intro!! I'm really excited to be in this space and can't wait what'll happen and what I am about to experience in here ..since I've never been part of a community like this - escpecially a community of like minded woman!! - before..🌟 I hope it's gonna be as magical as social media makes you believe...🤩😅 maybe a little 'get to know me' + my 'why I'm here' beforehand: Currently I'm a student of Psychology, I'm a former nurseand experienced burnout in 2021, which let me to train as a stress coach. Funny enough I only can 'release' the stress mentally, but not emotionally/somatically, which is a HUGE problem of mine (therefore I do not work as a stress coach anymore - because who am I to coach others while I'm actually still struggling myself 😅😪). I have this nervous, constant inner restlessness that I can't seem to let go of..and that breaks me everyday + my shoulders,neck, jaw tense up pretty quickly, too. Anyone experiences the same??! I feel like I didn't really heal from my burnout (although it's already 4 years ago), because I'm overhwelmed pretty quickly (never been before) and am A LOT in my head 😅 Apart from that I'm a positive minded gal, music runs through my veins and I'm always up for a good laugh 🥰 As far as the Archteype Quiz goes: I'm a Gentle Strategist 🤗 ans I'm excited to connect with especially those who are the same as me! 🥰 P.S unfortunately I will not make it to the Call...it's 2am in Germany by then.. (and my sleepy time is so important to me & my hormones...🌟) I wish us all a great time in here! xoxoxo

Excited to be here! I'm Alyssa, a filmmaker and ceramic artist based in San Diego. Through my production company Futures Past, I create documentary-style content that amplifies minority voices and cultural preservation stories—working with nonprofits and organizations to tell stories that matter. I also make ceramics centered on themes of coming home and remembrance. I'm deeply passionate about empowering people, especially women and BIPOC folks, to tell their own stories as a form of reclamation and documentation. I’m Rie 💫 I’m a soon-to-be dual-licensed ND + acupuncturist based in San Diego, CA. I’m deeply passionate about nervous system regulation bc mine has guided me back into equilibrium + joy many, many times. My life lately has been about learning to honor my body’s pace: to slow down, rest, and trust that expansion doesn’t require constant doing. A healing win for me recently has been noticing how much more grounded and connected I feel when I let stillness lead. Like realllly leaning in + trusting the pauses. It’s shifted how I move through my days, my relationships, and how I show up for others. I’m so grateful to be here and to explore this journey alongside all of you <3
