How Are We MOVING Today?
I've got a LOT on my plate today so when I tried to talk myself out of walking I said "Get behind me Satan! I'm putting on my walking shoes!" 😂 Sometimes we just have to DECLARE what we want and then do it. Anyone else do that? Have to say OUT LOUD what you want to do? Whatever it takes!
So I tied up my shoes, popped my earbuds, and set a 10 minute "turnaround" timer and hit the trail!
