There is a specific kind of midlife tired that sleep doesn’t fix.
It’s the feeling of waking up and already being "behind" before the coffee is even poured. It’s the 3 AM wake-up call where your brain decides to host a board meeting you didn't ask for.
I call this the Midlife Loop: Exhausted all day, but wired at night.
