Anti inflammatory tea.
I wash the pineapple really well. I cut up the outside skin and the core of the pineapple and I place them in the pot with whole cloves, sliced fresh ginger root, cinnamon sticks, and lime, cover with water then once it reaches a boil I slow boil for about 30 minutes. Strain it and store in the refrigerator. It may be taken hot or cold. Sometimes I add it to my hot teas.
After it has been strained and cooled down a bit and you may add honey if you desire.
