You are not who you think you are!
Have you asked yourself a question Who Am I? If you have asked it unprepared, usually, you would start listing things like I am a human, I am my name, I am my gender, I am my occupation I am kind and funny etc We so used to identifying who we are with our thoughts, feelings, beliefs. I am angry, I am tired and I am excited and so on. When you intentionally practice asking who am I question, do not answer yourself, instead stay quiet, listen. Take a moment to meditate, relax and drop in your body through breath and quiet awareness, Ask the question and stay silent, your mind will start giving answers and finding many reasons to interrupt your inquiry. Observe it, do not judge it just simply repeat the question and continue observing. Do not engage in conversation in your mind. With time your mind will surrender and you will feel/hear/know the presence of I am… Stay with this realization of what is I am, what is the frequency of your being, of your energy. Know it, Know yourself. Practice it daily to get stronger connection and firm trust in who you are. When you realize that you are non of the things that describe you, your feelings, emotions and beliefs, you can fully detach from identifying with all it. And that is a step one on your journey of self love and freedom. Share your experiences with I Am practice, meditations and other spiritual practices that help you understand and know Who you really are. Sending love 💗 Kseniia
