How to overcome negative thoughts and letting go practice.
If we take a closer look at the thought process and what thought is, we can notice that we don't control what though comes through if we not actively thinking in the moment. Thoughts just pop up in our head, and for the longest time we were just dealing with it, accepting it, debating it and paying all our attention to it. Most of the time negative thoughts, anxiety and fearful thoughts are just unprocessed emotions, fears that lay dormant within, until we unpack our feelings and emotional attachments to it. We have become afraid of our inner feelings because they hold such a massive amount of negativity that we fear we would be overwhelmed by it if we to dig deeper. In reality, it's not thoughts that are painful but the feelings that accompany them. Thoughts in itself are painless, but not the feeling that underlie them! Unprocessed feelings create pressure that causes thoughts. One feeling can create thousands of thoughts over a period of time, like painful childhood memory that lingers for decades. One terrible regret, one repressed emotion that stays hidden, unconscious. All we need to do is surrender the underlying painful feeling. What is the surrendered state? It means to be free of negative feelings in a given area so that creativity and spontaneity can manifest without opposition or the interference of inner conflicts {Letting go by D. Hawkins} With this knowledge, we can take every single annoying thought that comes in and unpack what's behind it, what fear and what believes are underlying this thought. After thorough investigation, asking yourself questions: Where this feeling coming from? what is the feeling that I avoid? When did this trauma happen? Why do I hold on to it? Ask yourself until you feel the answer, in your bones you can feel resolution. Because once you acknowledged the existence of the feeling it's halfway released. Letting go means to be aware of the feeling, letting it come up, staying with it and letting it run its course without wanting to make it different. Letting the feeling to be there and focusing on letting out the energy behind it.

I am who I am
Welcome to the I am presence awareness practice page. Here I will share many practices for raising awareness and healing emotional body, connecting on all levels with your true presence. Becoming aware of your own ways, the reasons behind the triggers in your life is your subconscious mind, the programming that was created based on your early experiences in life. Most of our lives we are unaware of such a thing and blindly following the narrative blaming outside world for its injustice. Deep dive on your own personal emotional energetic footprint and letting go of anything outdated with the letting go technique will allow you to take control back to your true self, I am presence within. This video below is the entrance to the emotional intelligence skills development process. Full acceptance of who you are is a step towards fully transmuting your reality. https://us06web.zoom.us/rec/share/wG4B6hk3Jmf-aNjhF8QLKLjCTsBkKGvvtwP95_3PXWPsxByF75S6PGRXh_vq3NV-.A8ctxZO3m0HLNjy-?startTime=1719974234000

You are not who you think you are!
Have you asked yourself a question Who Am I? If you have asked it unprepared, usually, you would start listing things like I am a human, I am my name, I am my gender, I am my occupation I am kind and funny etc We so used to identifying who we are with our thoughts, feelings, beliefs. I am angry, I am tired and I am excited and so on. When you intentionally practice asking who am I question, do not answer yourself, instead stay quiet, listen. Take a moment to meditate, relax and drop in your body through breath and quiet awareness, Ask the question and stay silent, your mind will start giving answers and finding many reasons to interrupt your inquiry. Observe it, do not judge it just simply repeat the question and continue observing. Do not engage in conversation in your mind. With time your mind will surrender and you will feel/hear/know the presence of I am… Stay with this realization of what is I am, what is the frequency of your being, of your energy. Know it, Know yourself. Practice it daily to get stronger connection and firm trust in who you are. When you realize that you are non of the things that describe you, your feelings, emotions and beliefs, you can fully detach from identifying with all it. And that is a step one on your journey of self love and freedom. Share your experiences with I Am practice, meditations and other spiritual practices that help you understand and know Who you really are. Sending love 💗 Kseniia
