@Kseniia Malyshevskaia 🙂yes I do, I've started learning Quantroom healing, the last few days I've done practices up on the Mountain and Fforest, I start with mindfulness walk tapping in to the subconscious then I find a spot Shoes and socks come off, I sit in stillness bringing my present in to the moment then I start a 4 7 8 with breath for 6 minutes
