Here is a 3-minute Nervous System Reset you can do at your desk.
- Cross-Crawls (60s): Seated March. Right had to left knee; switch. (Brain integration.)
- Physiological sigh (60s): Relax your abdomen → Full Inhale → tiny top-up extra sip of air at the top of the inhale → slow exhale through the mouth. Repeat.
- Orient (60s): Name 5 things you see, 4 you feel, 3 you hear.
