Amazing five round practice

Last weeks guided breathwork!
This breathwork session is a real psychedelic journey and I wanted you all to have the recording of it so I added some guidance over the music track and as per @Monica Baker added some extra breath sips and holds! There's also a section at the end once the subconscious is open inviting you to spend some time with your self-limiting beliefs and install some new programming! Enjoy!
