This session is a cross-training focused class designed to deepen your understanding of alignment and how your body works as a connected system.
We explore:
• the chain of the spine — how alignment travels from your head through your pelvis
• the chain of the leg — how the hip, knee, ankle, and foot support each other
• how these two chains interact to create stability, mobility, and control.
This class is all about building awareness so you can move with more efficiency, reduce unnecessary tension, and develop strength that actually supports your technique.
You’ll notice how small adjustments can completely change your balance, power, and range of motion. This is the kind of work that helps prevent injury, improve consistency, and give you more confidence in your movement.
Take your time with this one. Move slowly. Stay curious. The goal isn’t perfection — it’s awareness.
