1st Meditation
  • Feeling Before: stressed and somewhere lost about the next step I have to take.Feeling guilty that I postponed certain actions.
  • Feeling After: activated, less distracted when being focused on the sound.
2nd Meditation
  • Feeling Before: Curious and inspired on following this class and to calm myself and reconnect to my higher self.
  • Feeling After: I feel empowered to continue to learn to remember my goal , my path , to reclaim my birthright in/remember me as Being a Sound Healer.
Takeway for Class 1 : incorporate doing a Sound Meditation in the morning and in the evening in my Daily routine.
Use this as a Sanctuary.
