Hey guys, my name is Cole I’m a freshman in highschool, and Ive really enjoyed my time so far as a part of this community! Something I have already learned during my time here is effecient foods and weight cutting techniques that have already drastically improved my overall performance. with the season just starting up I’ve started to eat cleaner and with the help this community has provided me I am already down 8 pounds putting me in a much more manageable weight cutting techniques for season! I look forward to learning much more and being able to focus on my wrestling more instead of the weight I need to lose!!!!
