I've been quiet in here for a few days.
Not because nothing's happening...because everything is happening.
Today I want to tell you about something I've been building for a while now. Something I'm genuinely proud of. Something I believe is going to change the way you experience yoga, yourself, and your life.
It's called Rooted.
Rooted is a six-week personal evolution experience.
Six Wednesday nights. Together. In the studio.
Here's what each night includes:

🔥 The Gratitude Way Practice — a guided physical practice aligned to the week's theme
🌙 Yoga Nidra — deep integration designed to restore your body and reconnect you to yourself
📓 Reflection & Community — journaling, real conversation, shared human experience
