Picked a pineapple and learned something.
The other day I picked a pineapple and was so excited as the ones I grow usually taste so sweet and juicy. About 2 years ago a neighbour gave me some tops from a red ornamental variety, The fruit was small but the leaves were a lovely deep red colour. Anyway when I cut my pineapple it was full of seeds and not so tasty so I did some research and found that pineapples will cross pollinate if you have different varieties so I will pick off the small red fruits in future.

Draft for The Garden Creator Hub
Hey Gardeners 🌿✨ I’ve been thinking a lot about how we, as creators, balance the craft of what we make with the community we’re trying to nurture. Lately I’ve been experimenting with ways to make my creative process feel more intentional not just efficient, but human, warm, and rooted in connection. I’d love to hear how others here approach this. What’s one small habit, ritual, or mindset shift that’s helped you stay grounded while creating? Whether it’s a morning routine, a creative prompt, a tech workflow, or something totally unexpected, I’m here for it. Let’s grow together and learn from each other’s practices 🌼 Looking forward to hearing your insights and seeing what’s blooming in your world.
