Every other week we meet live for a Prenatal Yoga class followed by an open Q&A. Your chance to ask anything pregnancy, pelvic floor, pain relief, or birth prep related and get real-time support.
What to expect:

💛 Pain relief, mobility, breathwork, and pelvic floor support
🎤 Live Q&A where I answer your submitted questions
🔁 Replay added to the Yoga category afterward
How to join:
