Push Prep Workshop
Yo I am so shitty!. I did the workshop, no one came but also it only recorded 15 min of the whole thing. OMG! ok I will need to redo this on my own time. I am disappointed. I will redo this and get back to you all soon. Hope you all have a nice day.

Name Change
I changed the name of this group because I realized that my services and care don't stop at birth. The postpartum period needs some love, attention and guidance as well. Thats why I changed the name to Mommaste Birth and Beyond. I want to prepare you for birth, but also recover stronger in postpartum so you can get back to feeling like you again. The transition from pregnancy to postpartum is tough and I want to be your guide to help you through that important life changing transition.

Tell me what you think? Also it's been a while since I've checked in. where are all of you on your pregnancy/ postpartum journeys? how many months or week postpartum/prenatal are you?
You are enough!
Happy New Year! Thank you all for being here. I have a lot of things coming your way soon. Just wanted to give you all some positive words this morning.
You are enough!

@Christina Concord just posted a video with more ways to prevent tears. The work to prevent tears happens weeks before you even arrive to the hospital. Also we can always do a free consultation call if you like. Just let me know, I can send you the link, happy to help.

@Christina Concord you can start doing stretches and exercises now, practice breathing techniques and labor positions now. The only thing I would wait till like 34+weeks to do is the perineal massage, eating dates and drinking raspberry leaf tea.
Yoga and Q&A
What days and times work with you all to do a 20 min live yoga session followed by an 20 min Q&A? Are weekends better for you or weekdays? Vote below.

Ok I got two answers so far, maybe I can alternate the times every other week or something. I’ll also record it so you all will have access to it later just in case you can’t make it in person.
