Go to the classroom tab, click on the free birth prep mini course and there you will find labor basics. the video has a labor cheat sheet resource that you can download and keep. I am going to try to drop a new module at least once a week, sometimes even twice a week. I got a toddler so life is unpredictable sometimes lol.
