Hey friends! Awesome call as per usual - I'm gonna miss you guys over the next couple of weeks, but will 100% probably be ready to pop in here on a Thursday to share the baby if nothing else!
I'm so proud of the action you all take and execute AND it really seems like your ideas are flying off now -- and you're seeing such BIGGER visions in your content and overall your BRAND and what you can build, and who you're 100% allowed to BE in this online space!

- we talked about you building a Skool community. You can absolutely do this and crush this - consider a Mom focused group with a 'specific focus.' You can continue to capitalize on the 'burnout' with Self Care. I love the idea of you having a Selfish Saturday series/challenge in your group!
Remember - go broad, then try to niche it down just a smidge -- people will resonate with the content in all phases of motherhood.
- amazing work with continuing to show up on TikTok and having a super engaging post pop off. Lean into your transformation and the HARD WORK you do to look the way you do. There's a lot of emotion you can provoke my SHOWING people you are a GOAL. Hot rockin body and confidence in your 50's. Be their LEADER who shows them that they can not only get there, but they can give themselves permission to get there. Congrats on signing your clients!
- Diet Dropout is a VIBE. Lean into it - let's consider keeping your focus there. Something as simple as starting videos with HEY DIET DROPOUTS, creates a sense of 'belonging' immediately.
For your challenges/group coaching etc - consider revolving everything around the Diet Dropout verbiage. To me, that's something that can catch on like wildfire and TBH, I think of cool crewnecks that say - PROUD DIET DROPOUT or fitness shirts your clients can workout itn.
- I absolutely love the confidence that you are finding in content creation and most importantly being YOU. Don't hesitate to lean into how much of a girl's girl you are! People need that and love that. Congrats on signing 3 clients, getting new followers, and connecting more in your content. CRUSHING THE GAME GIRLFRIEND!
