Hi,
I've been exhausted forever and always feel like I never have enough sleep. I feel like I ignore it during the day because I am working and it is very high stress, but from the second I come home and sit down it's like my brain shuts off and I can't do anything else. On weekends, I don't have any motivation so it's hard to get my day started and then continue with energy throughout the day. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to help? I don't drink coffee because after about a month the effects stopped working and I just started getting major headaches. Naps also don't help they don't reset me. I'm open to any suggestions!
