Exhausted
Good morning! Thank you so much for accepting me to this group. What I would really like to accomplish is to be able to share my symptoms with other women and get advice on how they work through their symptoms and what worked for them I am 49 years old and I am on HRT for just a couple months I am sleeping better however my hormones I feel are still off. I am not my normal self and I really want to find a group of women where I can feel normal again and talk about my symptoms without being judged. Or called names. I am exhausted mentally and physically I'm very emotional. even though I get good rest I still feel tired and exhausted and sometimes I wake up and just cry from the body aches and just life. It's even affecting my relationship where my boyfriend just simply doesn't understand some of the things that he says to me really hits hard and normally I would just brush it off.I'm on a very close verge of breaking up with him because he just works my nervous system to the utmost. My goal is to get back to my normal happy silly energetic self. And I pray that I can get there

40% Thyroid 30% Insulin Resistance 20% Cortisol & Stress 10% Gut Health This matches what I've been thinking. Excited to learn more about how to manage!
What Reversal Actually Looks Like
In my clinical experience, early insulin resistance, caught before it becomes type 2 diabetes, is one of the most responsive conditions I work with. The mechanism is reversible. Muscle can be rebuilt, cortisol patterns can be regulated, sleep can be restored, and the inflammatory load can be reduced. Women who address it comprehensively, with the right labs, the right protocol, and the right support, commonly report stabilized energy within 6 to 8 weeks, reduced brain fog within 4 to 6 weeks, improved body composition within 3 to 4 months, and a sense of being themselves again that they had forgotten was possible. This is a pattern I have seen consistently enough to say there is a way through. It is not a promise. React with 💛 if you needed to hear that it is reversible.

Exhaustion
Hi, I've been exhausted forever and always feel like I never have enough sleep. I feel like I ignore it during the day because I am working and it is very high stress, but from the second I come home and sit down it's like my brain shuts off and I can't do anything else. On weekends, I don't have any motivation so it's hard to get my day started and then continue with energy throughout the day. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to help? I don't drink coffee because after about a month the effects stopped working and I just started getting major headaches. Naps also don't help they don't reset me. I'm open to any suggestions!
Intro
Hi I'm Gabriella. I'm looking for a way to regulate my menstrual cycle. I'm 28. I have never had a regular period and got diagnosed with PCOS and was told to not worry about it. But I went to a fertility clinic recently, and they said that I should have been doing more. I'm lost and confused and looking for answers.
