Excited to be here
My name is Jenna (42 y/o), from Brisbane Australia. Happy to have found Dr Stephanie and the Clarity Circle because I have been struggling with "not feeling like myself" for the last few years and after seeing a Dr Stephanie post on instagram, I want to learn how to understand more about the science in a way that I can understand how to improve.
Over the next 90 days, it would make me so happy to understand more about how to counter the affects of cortisol due to prolonged chronic stress.
