Coffee time is happening in 24 hours
What’s something you thought you wanted… but learned more by actually living it and know better now?
For me, that question led to thoughts about commitment, love, and where staying starts to cost too much. Not to tell anyone what to do or to shame past choices. If this question stirred something in you, I’d love to hear what your answer is.
Reflection
I was thinking today about how much people hate Mondays. There are around 52 of them a year and on average we each get to live through roughly 4000 Mondays in total. I'm 52 and I've lived through 2600 Mondays. Time is kind of wild. That is all.
Back to work
What does that mean for you? For me it means back to clients after a week off. Back to my regular schedule for nutrition, activity and reflection. All the best for 2026 y'all.
Most people don’t change until something breaks.
Where could you do maintenance instead of waiting for a breakdown?
Coffee Time Reflection 1
This week’s question was: What’s been taking up most of your mental space lately? What stood out to me wasn’t time, it was the places where we quietly kid ourselves. About effort. About change. About what it actually takes to move from where we are to where we want to be. Growth usually doesn’t fail because we don’t want it badly enough it fails because we underestimate the work, skip steps, or expect others to change first. I’d love to hear from you: Where do you notice a gap between what you know and what you’re practicing right now? Just my reflection. And I’ll ask it again: What’s been taking up most of your mental space lately?
