What’s been taking up most of your mental space lately?
What stood out to me wasn’t time,
it was the places where we quietly kid ourselves.
About effort.
About change.
About what it actually takes to move from where we are to where we want to be.
Growth usually doesn’t fail because we don’t want it badly enough
it fails because we underestimate the work, skip steps, or expect others to change first.
