Why I built The Biochemical Athlete🧬:
For years I’ve been obsessed with one question: How far can the human body actually go when you combine elite training with real biochemistry? I’ve spent years studying biochemistry at UCL, becoming a national calisthenics champion, experimenting with biomarker driven performance protocols, and building the frameworks I now use daily. This community allows me to share everything I know; without algorithm limits and without censorship. My goal is simple: To give you the blueprint to build the strongest, healthiest, highest performing version of yourself. Let’s get to work.
