🚀 Co-Founder of Stack Era | We Build Products That Actually Ship
Hello everyone! I’m the Founder of Stack Era — a software development company and mid-sized studio focused on building real products that actually ship. At Stack Era, we turn ideas into scalable, production-ready software — not just prototypes. Our team works closely with founders and businesses to deliver clean architecture, reliable code, and products that create real, measurable value. I joined this community to connect, share insights, learn from others, and contribute wherever I can. I’m especially interested in discussions around product development, engineering best practices, and building sustainable tech teams. If you have an idea, challenge, or project you’re exploring, feel free to reach out to us — we’re always happy to help and collaborate. Looking forward to learning from all of you and growing together! Best regards, George Fox Co-Founder, Stack Era 📌 https://stackera.space/

A note for parents
If you’re a parent in this community, welcome. I know supporting an athlete can be exciting, stressful, and sometimes confusing, especially when it comes to confidence, pressure, and recruiting. This space is meant to support athletes as whole people, not just players. My goal is to help athletes build confidence, handle pressure in healthy ways, and make informed decisions while keeping communication honest, realistic, and athlete centered. You’re always welcome to read along, ask questions, or reach out if you’re unsure where to start.

Hello!
I’m Taija. I’m a Division I soccer athlete transferring to the University of Tulsa after spending three years at the University of Montana. I was part of a program that competed at a high level, which taught me a lot about pressure, leadership, and growth. I’m also studying Psychology, so I’m especially interested in the mental side of being an athlete. Growing up, I moved every six months, which taught me how to adapt and stay grounded through change. Between that and competing at the D1 level, I’ve learned how important the mental side of sport really is. This community is for athletes (and the parents who support them) who want to build confidence, resilience, and the mental edge that shows up under pressure. Most examples and experiences I share come from soccer, but the mindset, tools, and conversations apply across sports and levels. We’ll talk honestly about confidence, pressure, stress, growth, and the mental side of competition. I’ll also share mental tools, routines, drills, and things that have helped me as an athlete. There are multiple tabs in this community for mindset, recruiting, and resources. All of them are open for discussion, so feel free to jump into conversations or just read along. This isn’t about having everything figured out. It’s about learning, showing up, and getting better over time! On and off the field. If you’re comfortable, introduce yourself below: Name Sport / role (athlete or parent) Level or position A little bit about you I’m really glad you’re here!
