One of the technicians that I have personally been working with one on one! Decided to go Commision and on his first day sold a little under $6000!!! He’s hungry and he has a chip on his shoulder!! he’s looking forward to staying on Commision I’m glad to have a team that is growing and wants to develop! Guys one thing that I have learned is, if you can’t get more leads the way you scale your business is by increasing your average ticket. Started off the week with a Bang! 🔥 Our HVAC sold $30,000, worth of equipment With 6 service plans!!! Plumbing crushed it as well with some boiler repairs and service repairs. I’m learning that people don’t care about price. People care about how you make them feel and the service that you provide. Glad to see our company already break records, we had 100% growth from 2025 January at this rate we are going to do 5 million. Really excited. For what this year is going to bring. Let’s keep crushing it for our families and for our employees.

I had the Privilege of hanging out with Ben Jordan! And he gave me some nuggets that I implemented. Our team closed a $25,000 sewer line job today. Going in Monday morning! Thanks Ben!
