Big Shout Out!!!
One of the technicians that I have personally been working with one on one! Decided to go Commision and on his first day sold a little under $6000!!! He’s hungry and he has a chip on his shoulder!! he’s looking forward to staying on Commision I’m glad to have a team that is growing and wants to develop! Guys one thing that I have learned is, if you can’t get more leads the way you scale your business is by increasing your average ticket. You don’t need more lead you need to learn how to increase your average ticket. 🎟️ Stay hungry let’s dominate this year!! ROAD TO 5 MILLION!!

Question
Do you guys follow a firing process? I have to let go of somebody on my team, I’m curious to hear how you guys usually do it. A part of me just wants to call him and let him go? What are your thoughts?
