One of the technicians that I have personally been working with one on one! Decided to go Commision and on his first day sold a little under $6000!!! He’s hungry and he has a chip on his shoulder!! he’s looking forward to staying on Commision

Guys one thing that I have learned is, if you can’t get more leads the way you scale your business is by increasing your average ticket. You don’t need more lead you need to learn how to increase your average ticket. 🎟️
