Biggest Determiner of Success

The most successful people in the world have three similar traits that have made it possible to outperform 99% of their peers.

Grit (passion and perseverance) - guys without this, you're screwed. This industry is not easy. Problems come up, things WILL get hard, you have to push, you have to figure it out. No one is going to save you, the only thing you can lean on sometimes is your own grit.
Self Control - if you're not disciplined, you're screwed again. You could be gritty but you need to layer this in to make your perseverance worth something.
Growth mindset - I don't care how good you get at something, you can ALWAYS get better. I've learned more as a millionaire than I ever did before only because I'm constantly seeking growth and opportunities to learn.

Make sure the goal post is ALWAYS moving. Don't get soft because someone hungrier will come and take what's yours
