Celery leaves toxic?
Hey, do you eat celery leaves?
I wasn’t used to, since I don’t enjoy the taste that much, plus heard some people said it was toxic. But since, I am receiving bunch home, that have tons of leaves, I feel heartbroken throwing that much leaves in the compost. I thought including it in smoothies for extra minerals.
Do you eat it ? What do you think? How do u use use it?
