How much does it help to do 1 1/2 day water fasts? (short water fast, technically not intermittent fasting, but also - not having effect where feel have less energy either )
QUICK it was on my attention to recap - basically I by mistake was given a holiday on the day about 28th, in about 1 week, after my last 1 1/2 day water fast was 2 weeks ago. So makes sense to use this time to do another 1/2 day water fast. How much does it help to do 1 1/2 day water fasts? (short water fast, technically not intermittent fasting, but also - not having effect where feel have less energy either ). I need to weight if its worth myself strive just copy ted car do it every 30 days, or could be better every 2 weeks with my autoimmune disease. What are your thoughts? thanks for reading. ' @Richard Gambino and @Doug Graham interested

Doug says that you don't even go into fasting mode until 4-5 days have past if I remember correctly. So really a short fast just empties your colon. I prefer 1/2 lb of organic grapes every 2 waking hours for 1-5 days for a good flush. And its kind of fun!
Orvel Douglas is a strict fruitarian for perhaps 10 yrs
And now he eats only one meal a day of fruit. And probably less than 1200 calories. In response to Doug Graham saying he doesnt know of anyone who eats strict fruit for over 2 yrs and being healthy in this video https://youtu.be/4AMHc6Zq29c?si=3K98ZzIBocJJ_Qjc

The real question is: what does he do everyday? I'm 100% 80/10/10 for about 20 years. I'm 73. I surf, lift weights, power walk, interval train, bike commute, advanced yoga instructor, front a rock band and work 40 hours per week. Oh, and my wife is 23. Just sayin'!
📉 line graph on fat
A few weeks ago I saw a line graph posted somewhere by Doug showing the percentage of fat in a variety of diets. He listed the 801010, typical American diet, Adkins, and many others. It showed that the typical raw gourmet diet was the highest in fat above them all. Can anyone tell me where I can find that?

High fatties eat huge amounts of nuts seeds and avocados, 60% of fat in their diets on average. I was one for several years before there was anything out there about 80/10/10. Nothing to have 4-5 medium avocados with tomatoes for a snack and a medium jar of soaked almonds with oranges for breakfast. Very low energy. The beauty of it was that when I met Doug and read his book I knew right away without a doubt he was spot on. I've never looked back! That prolonged failure was the catalyst for tremendous success.
Covid Detox
For recommendations to those who were brainwashed enough to get the jab, does anybody have any real experience with protocols to get rid of the spike protein? For my latin American friends who would have been thrown in jail if they didn't conform to the propoganda.

@Dr. Janie Unruh Hello Janie. Motivation was chronic fatigue, mistrust of corporate food, total disdain of pharmaceuticals, interest in natural processes and the idea that raw food is alive. I did high raw for 15 years, which never worked. I ran into Doug at Cedro Woolley retreat and knew right away he was spot on. All I did was reduce overt fat to 10% and everything changed.

@Dr. Janie Unruh & nuts seeds and avocados in very limited amounts, usually to make salad dressings. Check out my youtube channel: Raw Vegan Cowboy https://youtube.com/@atplantbased?si=G_hO2pLPFqILoO6W
Star fruits
I recently traveled to Hawaii and Guam and was blessed to find wild star fruit trees, picked so many that I was able to have several mono meals of them. They were delicious. However, just yesterday when i was looking up some info about star fruits, i saw a warning about a toxin called caramboxin, specifically a neurotoxin. The warning is mainly for those with reduced kidney function, but seemingly also applies to normal individuals, recommending against eating a large amount of star fruits. I was really surprised. Does anyone know anything about this, and whether eating any other part of the fruit (seed, skin) cancel out the effect of the toxin, as I literally have eaten dozens of them in the last few days and am feeling perfectly fine. And they also warn against its high oxalate amount, stating that even in people with normal kidney function, eating more than 4 star fruits can cause acute kidney failure. It seems like i took a big risk! It seems Dr @Doug Graham would have something to say about this.
