Hey everybody,
I have a question about variety importance.
I have always been on a budget, but since some difficulties now, it will be even more the case. The thing is that I really want to continue with this diet, I find it even more important to recover now, but I will have to do some more calculs. And I am questioning myself about variety importance.
I was trying calculating some different shopping lists and definitely having more bananas is making things cheaper. But I was asking myself if it would be a problem to have for exemple half of my calories coming from bananas for 2-4 months from now? Completing with other seasonal fruits and celery, lettuce and other fruits/veggies? Or if more variety is necessary?
I am definitely on a moment of needing nutrition, my body still asks for more calories than I actually move, so I don’t want to compromise my health. But I thought that having more bananas with grapes, pomegranate, persimmon, pear, tangerines, apples, mangoes and still big salads with nuts and seeds from time to time could be an idea, what do you think?
I also checked at some associations to maybe get some free things left, or discount products. But yeah no other solution for now like bulk etc.
Thx for the reading, looking forward to hear from you ⭐️
