finding a Technition

Kpro auto inc. Stanwood wa. We aquired our new hire on Indeed, He starts on Monday. He is not the A [or B ] tech I was looking for. However he sounds very promising, he was working for a landscaping company, he has done matinace repairs for themand he has quit a lot of tools. he was also the lead on the job sit. Hopfully we can mesh well & he will be a great adition. The greatest chalange I have found is finding the exsperanced tech I'm begining to think they have retired or move on to an industry tat can charge appropreatly for the cost of good employee's.?
