What I have been doing for the past 10 days✅
I have been active in my swimming practice, not missing a single day. I've truly noticed progress (more pronouced lats etc.). I haven't been checking in these past days as I simply didn't have the time to do so. Now, I do have the time and im finally checking in. I've been completing my goals for these past days and I'm glad I did. It's day 30 now. This month went by fast, but slower than usual as checking in made me take the time to reflect on my day. I hope you all had a meaningful 30 days and I'm looking forward to the continuation of the challenge. Stay strong 💪.
Day 33 ✅
Today was a quite busy day but I loved almost every second of it. I woke up and studied for about 1.5-2 hours. I spent 5 hours editing a video for a friend and it was amazing seeing the result blow up and opening up so many opportunities for both of us. Hit the gym like usual, taking it slow to come back 100% with certain exercises that still cause pain in my elbow. I am realizing that you really should focus only on the next step, today, this hour, this moment. If you let yourself dream too far and worry about what will happen tomorrow in 1 year or in 100 years, you'll never find peace. But as soon as you realize you just have to focus on the next thing, you progress faster, and you find peace and healthy curiosity. I'm really trying to practice this. Additionally, I spent time with my family, saw some friends at the gym as well. Looking forward to having a good night and a fire day tomorrow.

Day 32 ✅️
Slept in which is something I trully needed. Gym was closed so I took a long walk ready to get back in it tomorrow. Getting in some tea and winddown now, nothing can stop our greatness!

Day 31 ✅️
Today was definitely the most tiring day this year. Still I did my cardio by playing football with friends, and enjoyed time with my family. Tomorrow I will sleep in after a really long time, and im happy to be giving my body what it needs. See yall day 32!

Day 30
Was gonna write something about this being a meaningful 30 days but since it's extended everybody forget about it. Nevertheless, kept it simple today, ate well, sleep - not amazing but it's fine for only today, nutrition is going nicely, since the start of this challenge I have actually destroyed my pair of rival boxing gloves (they were already dying) which is a good show of the work I have done so far. See you guys on the extention!
