Day 27
Been hitting goals, going to training very constantly, but not quite hitting my water goals every day. Boxing gloves are starting to wear down and it shows the progress.
Day 22
Destroyed the heavy bag and rest of training today, overall great day, falling a bit behind on my sleep by about an hour or half an hour but no biggie.
Day 19
Boxing goals are seeing a lot of progress. Defence has improved significantly. Nutrition goals hit, water a bit low.
Day 18
Missed the past few days since I've been sleeping really early to study in the morning, but I have been going strong, although yesterday I didn't hit my water goal, but overall very well. Missed a training session due to a class but made up for it at home on my heavy bag.
Day 15
Woke up at 4 am today to go fishing and got sick by the time I returned to the house unfortunately. Ate well but didn't get all my fitness goals in to rest.
