What's the best practice for tagging Youtube vids?

Hey guys...we've posted about 30ish Youtube vids (didn't tag any of them yet or make engaging thumbnails for they yet, but had keywords in mind for the video titles)...what would you suggest is the best way to go about tagging them?

Any vids or resources would be appreciated!
