Creating a Customer Avatar for Marketing
Anybody got an in-depth guide on creating an avatar?
Google gives me a pretty good basic layout "Defined wants, needs, pain points, and goals. A well-researched "history" and background. A detailed profile of not just who they are, but how they'll use your service or product."
Just wondering if some of you guys have deep knowledge on this and would like to share.
