Create A Morning Routine Of Champions 🏆 - SIMPLE GUIDE
If you're serious about changing your life, you need to at least have SOME sort of morning routine.
Having a morning routine provides repetition for the start of your day that means that each day can follow the same positive path that allows you to be always improving.
Think of your morning routine as the FOUNDATION that allows you to have a great day, every day!
It stops you having those 'bad days' where everything comes crashing down and you lose all discipline.
In my opinion, this is the key to building a killer morning routine that can set you apart from the rest...
I believe it comes down to having 3 elements in your morning routine: Something that ENERGISES you, something that PREPARES you, and something that takes you CLOSER TO YOUR GOAL!

For example, something that ENERGISES you could be cold shower, some stretching, a quick workout etc. This is super important as this will have a knock-on effect on the rest of your day and mean that you can be focused and productive. There's nothing worse than feeling sluggish in a morning as this will likely mean you won't be at your best all day.
Something that PREPARES you could be in the form of journalling, goal setting, planning your week/day etc. This element will put you ahead of 99% of people! Having clear direction at the start of your day means you know where to EXACTLY focus all of your energy and you will make so much more progress than just by 'winging' it. A 5 minute habit of goal setting in the morning could mean that you get 300% more work done for that day.
The final element is something that takes you CLOSER TO YOUR GOAL. Your goal may be to grow your online business, get a better physique, get a stronger core, grow your knowledge etc. Add a habit that take you just one small step closer to your goal each time you do it. For example, if you want to grow your online business you could start the day by writing just one email that you will send as part of your weekly newsletter. If you want to improve your physique, your habit could be to do 50 press-ups. Tailor it to your aspirations!
