Copyrighted Clips for Videos?

So I am currently in production of making higher quality videos of what I originally made before. Basically, I want to use clips from this anime called Dragon Ball Z in my video, and I have seen many youtubers before make similar of styles of content with the footage. However, I'm worried doing so I will get a copyright strike to my channel, so I do not know how I can use it safely without copyright biting my ass. Are these clips safe?

Just to clarify, no audio in the clips, and I live in the USA
