It is funny. I have never actually sat down properly to think about the decisions I take on a daily basis on how they have an impact on my life, my work, family, social etc etc.

Sam Ovens, as Sam Ovens does so well, explains such a seemingly simple concept, in a very valuable way to make you think critically about the decisions you take and how they impact your life.

He also teaches you on how to get to prioritise important things in your life by cutting out the unnecessary, and also how to limit distractions.

As we are creating and building audiences on social media, these skills are CRUCIAL for everyone to know, especially when it is so easy to become drowned in scrolling, commenting and consuming of content. The problem is that whilst this often feels productive, it can more often than not, be just pure action faking.
