Hi everyone!

My name is Royce. I’m glad to be here and appreciate the opportunity to learn from everyone in this group.

I’m in the early stages of building a surplus funds recovery business, with a focus on tax sale surplus, foreclosure surplus, and state-held unclaimed funds. I come from a background that’s very structured and process-driven, so my approach is to slow down, learn the fundamentals, stay compliant, and build something that’s sustainable long term.

I’m here because I’m serious about doing the work...making the calls, improving my scripts, learning from mistakes, and getting better each day. My goal is to take consistent action, close more deals, and eventually help others as I gain experience.
