Wow! This was a real challenge. I was traveling and then sick for a bit so missed a few workouts, then Thanksgiving. Needed this. All cardio with strength moves included through push ups and squats. If you want to sweat and feel worked out. This is it.

Good one. Bands, lower body. No jumping but def sweaty. Recommend.

Just did this one again. Love the slow cardio warmup and the intensity of the band workout. Def gets the heart rate up. Hits all the tension points too.

Glute & flexor burn
#WED MARCH 15 Couldnt sleep (busy time). This was perfect. If you have only 30 min can do the glutes and hip flexors in about 30 min. If you have more time there is a nice stretch at the end.
