What the heck is Human 10.0?
Great question! When Chris Nolan (my business partner) and I developed the VUCA training program, we came up with the VUCAMAX Line - a chart those shows the "reactive side" of VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity), what is better known as Human 1.0 as well as the positive/responsive side (Vision, Understanding, Clarity, Adaptability) - also known as Human 10.0. So when I'm talking about Human 10.0, I'm talking about how you can move towards becoming your best self...that...is Human 10.0.

THE MONDAY DECISION - Every YES Comes with A NO
When we say YES - we are saying NO to something else. I know - go ahead, say it: "Thanks Captain Obvious." But here's something I've learned after years of working with leaders: Sometimes the hardest part of making a decision isn't knowing what you want. It's actually accepting what you'll have to give up to get it. We want growth without sacrifice. Freedom without uncertainty. Change without discomfort. But meaningful decisions almost always require a tradeoff. So, here's your Monday challenge: Think about one decision you've been wrestling with. Now ask yourself: 1. What am I saying YES to? 2. What will I have to say NO to? 3. Am I willing to accept that tradeoff? Here's the thing: You can't move into what's next while insisting on keeping everything exactly as it is. The goal isn't to make a decision without consequences. It's to make one with consequences you can live with. So here's my question: What's one thing you need to say NO to this week so you can say YES to something that matters more? Drop it below. Let's start the week with intention.

THE MONDAY DECISION - Every YES Comes with A NO
THE MONDAY DECISION - OCT 19
You don't need the entire plan. You need the next move. Ever find yourself waiting until you have all the information before making a decision? I've been there. We convince ourselves that more information will give us more confidence. But sometimes, more information just gives us more reasons to wait. Here's a simple exercise to start your week: Think of one decision you've been putting off. Now ask yourself three questions: 1. What do I already know? 2. What am I still assuming? 3. What's one action I can take this week to test that assumption? You don't have to solve everything today. But you can stop standing still. Clarity doesn't always come before action. Sometimes action creates clarity. Your turn: What's one move you can make this week that gets you closer to a decision? Drop it below. Let's get moving.
