When Chris Nolan (my business partner) and I developed the VUCA training program, we came up with the VUCAMAX Line - a chart those shows the "reactive side" of VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity), what is better known as Human 1.0 as well as the positive/responsive side (Vision, Understanding, Clarity, Adaptability) - also known as Human 10.0.
