CHECKLIST DCL — “PLANTA EXCELLENT” (3 NOCHES) + CELEBRATION FLOW + SPIEL FINAL
✅ ANTES DEL PISO (5 min)
• Revisa tickets/notes: Celebration + alergias + preferencias (si ya vienen).
• Ten 1 plan rápido por mesa con note (ej: “Happy Anniversary” plate / foto / saludo especial).
• Frase mental: “Easy, warm, magical.”
• Big 9: si hay alergia en ticket → confirmar en mesa + “I’ll verify with the kitchen/bar.”

Caso A) Celebration YA viene en el ticket
Objetivo: confirmar SIN que suene a “ya sé todo”, y usarlo para crear magia.
• Di algo así (suave, elegante):
• “I see a note that you may be celebrating something special—may I ask what we’re celebrating tonight?”
• o “I have a note here—are we celebrating an anniversary/birthday?”
• Si confirman:
• “Wonderful—congratulations! We’ll make tonight extra special.”
• Acción inmediata (elige 1, simple y realista):
• Avisar discretamente a Head Server / team.
• En postre: “If you’d like, we can do a little celebration dessert moment.” (sin prometer si no depende de ti)
• Si hay foto vibe: “Would you like me to take a quick photo for you?”
✅ Semilla de EXCELLENT aquí: el guest siente “me leyeron, me prepararon algo”.
Caso B) No viene Celebration en el ticket
En vez de preguntarlo “en automático”, pregúntalo con clase:
• “Before we begin—are we celebrating anything special during your cruise?”
• Si dicen NO: “Perfect, welcome—let’s have a wonderful evening.”
• Si dicen SÍ: misma ruta de arriba (felicitar + acción + avisar).
Caso C) Viene en ticket, pero NO quieren celebrarlo
