2. Improve your 10k personal best
It is aligned with the Beach 2 Basin (although its ok if you arent doing this).
Program Includes Running, Strength and mobility workouts. No fancy equipment needed. 2 - 3 runs a week with 2x strength/mobility sessions of 30 - 60mins.
